They are childhood friends,
Shana loved Dart for a long time but Dart saw her more like a baby sister than anything else.
But his feelings started to change after Shana confessed her feelings for him and after a while he started loving her in the same way that Shana does ^_^.
In one of the moment in the game there was a party where Dart found Shana dressed in a beautiful lavender dress,she wish on a falling star and Dart wish the same thing and then they shared a kiss ^^
and at the end of the game they are together.![:heart:]( "Heart")

They also knew each other from when they were small kids, Cloud likes Tifa fro when he was a small kid and one of the reason that he decided to join SOLDIERS was because he wanted Tifa to notice him![=)]( "=) (Smile)")
When they were kids they also made a sweet "promise"
Tifa fallen in love with Cloud and now she trully loves him,she was always here for Cloud and know him the most,in the game in the Lifestream Tifa helped Cloud to find who he trully is, and then we finaly know that he always wanted to be noticed by Tifa and only her. ^^
In the novella Cloud said that everything will be fine now because Tifa is with him and now she and Cloud lives together and are taking care of two kids - it's just like a "Family"![:heart:]( "Heart")
